This is a fruitcake even fruitcake haters will love.
Cream butter and sugar, add beaten eggs then whiskey and flavoring, then coconut, pineapple, cherries, raisens, pecans, and flour. Mixture will be thick.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour 2 bundt type cake pans.
Divide mixture between the 2 pans and bake both at the same time for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
A pan of water placed on the bottom rack while baking will help add moisture.
Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cake will be golden brown.
To help keep moist store in an airtight container with a lint free cloth dampened with more of the whiskey placed on top.
