White Wine Pasta Sauce with Chicken

1 ts Salt
2 tb Butter
2 tb Onion; finely chopped
1 c Boneless skinless chicken
2 tb Mushrooms; finely chopped
1 ts Pepper
1/2 c White wine
8 tb Flour; sifted
1 tb Celery; finely chopped
1/4 ts Oregano
1 1/2 c milk
1/4 ts Fennel seed

Original recipe makes 1



Brown chicken. Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes. This is great with Rotini or Rigotoni, but you favourite pasta will do. I made this up in class one day, and havent had the time to play with it since, so any suggestions, or ideas would be gladly accepted.
