Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 300°F (325°F for conventionaltionaltional nventional oven)
2. In a large mixer bowl put roughly one tbsp of the sugar, the yeast and warm water. Let stand for ten minutes.
3. Add rest of ingredients and mix for ten minutes.
4. Place onto oiled baking sheet, cover with parchment and place in proofer.
5. After 30 minutes punch dough down and back in proofer
6. After 45 minutes punch dough down and divide into 18 ounce pieces and form buns in loaf pan. Back in proofer until doubled in size approx. One hour
7. Bake in oven for 25 minutes then take out of pans and on to wire rack to cool.
