Suggest a better descriptionIn a large saucepan, bring broth and water to boil. Add the wild rice, salt, thyme and sage. Reduce heat, cover and aimmer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in another pan, saute carrots, celery and onion in olive oil until almost tender. Add vegetables and long grain rice to the wild rice. Cover and cook for 30-35 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in parsley.
