"not to easy to rap... i used 3+lbs of meet on six eggs..it says half that for a dozen eggs....
That being said no bread crumbs around so i blended up crackers and worked good... I used "hot" pork for an xtra kick... turned out real good... Thanks for sharing.. IR"
Heat oven to 450 degrees.Divide sausage into 12 equal portions. Shape into patties.Wrap each patty completely around 1 hard- cooked egg.Press edges to seal.Dip sausage wrapped eggs in beaten egg;roll in bread crumbs until coated.Place in ungreased 15 x 10" jelly roll pan.Bake @ 450 degrees 30 minutes,until meat is browned and cooked.

robbgriffin 1 year agoI made these for a football party and they were a big hit. Everyone wanted the recipe. I used half regular and half hot sausage as well as Panko bread crumbs.
