Best Baked Ziti
Boil 1 pound Penne or Ziti pasta for about 12 min. to al dente.
Mix olive oil to prevent sticking of pasta.
Mozzerella cheese mixuture - Mix 2 cups of mozzerella cheese, and 1/2 cup. parm cheese and 1T. of Italian seasoning together.
Ricotta Cheese mixutre - Mix 15oz. of ricotta, egg, Mozzerella mixture cheese mixture,
1minced garlic, 1 T. parsely.
Mix in Ricotta cheese mixuture into pasta.
Pour 1/3 speghetti sauce in 13 X 9 pan
Spread all of pasta in pan. Mix in 1/3 of
sauce with pasta and pour the other 1/3 over pasta. then add 1 cup of Mozzerella cheese and sprinkle parm. cheese.
Bake 30 min. cover in 350 oven. Then 15 min uncovered.
