Favorite popover recipe. I use Pam spray for greasing muffin tins.
For mini cut cooking time to 10 min. when decreasing temp to 350.
I also use olive oil instead of butter in batter.
In mxing bowl, beat eggs with beater or mixer. Add flour, milk, olive oil and salt. Beat until smooth.
Spray tins with Pam.
Fill 6 to 8 regular size or 12 mini popover tins 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake in oven at 475F for about 15 min.
Reduce oven to 350 and bake 25 to 30 min. For mini bake only 10 min. Prick with fork to let steam escape.
