1 tb Fresh Rosemary; Minced
1 c White wine
3 lb Red Potatoes; Small Ones
5 Cloves Garlic; Sliced
1 ts Salt

Original recipe makes 8



*NOTE: Original recipe used 1 1/2 T olive oil In skillet, cook first five ingredients in hot oil over med heat, stirring 5 min. Add wine, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 - 15 min or until tender. Work Time: 15 min Total Time: 20 min 8 servings These were incredible!!
