This is by far the best mac and cheese you will ever have. My family and friends request this dish all the time along with the recipe.
Preheat oven to 375
Cook macaroni and drain. Melt butter and add flour, salt,and dry mustard. Add heavy cream and milk and whisk until well blended. Heat until hot but not boiling. Add all three cheeses and stir until melted. Greas a 9 inch pan and add macaroni. Pour cheese sauce over and stir. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 25 minutes. Broil for a few seconds until top is just golden. ENJOY!!!!
