Great for the waistline. Tasty and a grill favorite
Prepare marinade in gallon size zip lock bag. Combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, lemon, garlic, sherry, and red pepper flakes. Add steak. Seal bag, squeezing out air. Turn to coat steak. refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally. remove meat from refrigerator at least 30 minutes before grilling or broiling.
Preheat grill or broiler. Drain and discard marinade. Dry meat with paper towel. Rub very lightly with oil. Broil on rack 3 inches from heat approximately 4 minutes on each side, turning only once and salting cooked side only. If grilling, do over direct or indirect to your preference of doneness.
Season with pepper. Allow meat to rest 3-5 minutes before carving into thin diagonal slices.
