Soft easy yeast rolls
In a large mixing bowl add yeast to warm water and stir. Add butter, salt, sugar and eggs to mixture. Let sit for 10 minutes. Using a whisk stir ingredients. Add flour and mix/knead into a ball of dough. Add flour as need to create a dough that is not sticky but still moist. Place dough into a lightly oiled bowl and cover. Let rise 1 hour. Knock down dough and knead briefly. Divide into 3 equal parts and let rise 10 minutes. Divide each section into four pieces and shape into 12 rolls. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.

itisntanything 2y agoI added herbs and parm, and they turned out like tiny loaves of Italian crusty bread, but still stayed so moist and delicious inside! Easy meets amazing, kudos

Bethie86 4y agoVery easy recipe! My recipe made 24 small rolls and I topped them with butter as soon as they came out of the oven. I've always had trouble working with yeast and these didn't rise much, but tasted good!
