This is a nice quick pizza dough for when you don't have any yeast - always works a treat for me! A little like scone dough.
1. Sift flour, make a well in the centre, add oil, egg and water.
2. Turn out onto lightly greased surface, knead lightly.
3. Roll out to fit greased tray.
4. Top with your choice of toppings and cook in hot oven for 10-15 mins until cheese is bubbling and base is crispy.
