Yellow Bell Pepper Dressing

Ready in 45 minutes

A bright-flavored dressing with a bit of a kick from the green chiles. Makes 3 cups.


2 12 oz jars Bell pepper; roasted, yellow, canned
2 tablespoons Green Chile; diced
1 cup Water
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
Salt; to taste
Pepper; to taste

Original recipe makes 16 Servings



Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
