This is a great way to serve eggs, sausage, hash browns and rolls all at the same time and it tastes great too!
"You GO, Cogramma!!! Awesomeness. My husband who doesn't care for sausage raved about it. My oldest stopped using his fork! It was a total pig out. I admit that I added more cheese, maybe /2 C cheddar and 1/2 C pepper jack and some green onions I needed to use up. I used the hash browns with peppers and onions, too. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned; drain off fat.
Seperate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
Place them on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, with points facing towards center. Press onto bottom and up the sides of the pan to form crust; seal perforations.
Spoon cooked sausage over the crust. Sprinkle the thawed seasoned hash browns over the sausage and top with shredded colby-jack cheese.
In a bowl, beat together the milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour into crust.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

Bebop2 10 months agoI was so excited to try this for my family. My husband thought it was okay, but my picky teen boys didn't like it. I had used real potatoes & shredded them (patted off the water), and they didn't like the 'hash browns'. I did not try it myself.

VerolynC 2 years agoJust as the title says, this is a yummy breakfast pizza. I enjoyed it very much and so did the kids. The recipe is very easy to make. I only had one problem; I made mine on my pizza stone. When I poured the egg mixture it started to run over the edge onto the floor. I stopped the problem by rolling up the edges of the pizza. So, a pizza pan with edges would be the best to use. ;) We will definitely make this again.
