Ready in 40 minutes
Chicken with a cream of mushroom sauce over steamed rice.
place olive oil in pan, place Chicken breasts in pan, sprinkle with Garlic salt, cook on med. 4-5 min., turn chicken, cover and cook another 4-5 min, remove from pan, place on cutting board.
turn heat to low and wait 2-4 min. empty soup cans into pan, mix in Milk and ranch dressing, salt and pepper to taste. simmer.
cut up chicken into 1-2 inch square pieces, place in pan with sauce. simmer 5-7 min.
Serve over rice. Enjoy. (6-8 servings)
You can add green beans to this recipe or serve them on the side. They compliment the dish very well. This is my families favorite meal. It is requested for every birthday dinner!
