Super simple, fresh and spicy guac that will keep you going back for more.
Scoop out the flesh of the avocados with a tablespoon into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving them a little chunky. Add the Mexico City sauce, onion, olive oil, cilantro and salt, and fold everything together to gently mix. Lay a piece of plastic wrap right on the surface of the guacamole so it doesn't brown and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve with freshly fried tortilla chips or pita bread. Provecho!
