Suggest a better description2,3 lb chicken;* *cut up & skinned/I use all breasts 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Brush chicken with salad dressing: coat with combined crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper 3. Place in 13 x 9 baking dish 4. Bake 1 hour or until tender. Makes 3 to 4 servings This is good and has a little "zing" to it. Hope you all enjoy it. Sherri/SCPF53A
