Zucchini Appetizer
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
2. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9-inch lightly oiled glass baking dish.
3. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
4. Cool slightly and then cut into squares and serve as an appetizer or side dish.
Freezes well.
