A favorite appetizer
Preheat oven to 350. Shred zucchini and set aside. Place Bisquick and cheese into a large bowl. Beat the eggs, the oil and the seasonings together and stir into Bisquick. Add the zucchini and chopped onion and mix just until blended. Bake at 350 for 45 (?) minutes.
