Yummy pie recipe from Jackie Fackoury
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix 2 of the eggs with 1/4 cup of the oil in a bowl. Add bread and press into a greased pie plate.
3. Mix well the remaining ingredients, except zucchini.
4. Add zucchini and pour into the pie plate.
5. Bake for 50-60 min. Test middle of pie with toothpick to see if it is firm.
