Recipe of the Month Folkestone Inn
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Whisk together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in the zucchini and walnuts.
Spray two regular loaf pans with Pam, add the batter and bake for 1hour and 15 minutes or until done (when a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.)

Stevie_lee3 10m agoI disagree, I made this recipe today and it turned out SO good. It was very moist and delicious. My kids don't care for zucchini or nuts very much and ate almost the whole loaf. Will be making another batch tomorrow :)
RDietz99 5y agoI mixed the sugar with the eggs and then added the sour cream, oil and vanilla. I would also line the bottom of the loaf pans with waxed paper or parchment paper to prevent it from sticking in addition to using Pam. Also, it only took 55-65 minutes instead of 1 hour and 15 minutes. The recipe also does not state to allow it to cool in the pan 10-15 minutes before de-panning.

cangeli 7y agoThe bread took a minimum of 1 1/2 hours to cook. The insides were softy and mushy. Had to bake it until it was almost too dry.
minichef 7y agoIt takes more than 45 minutes of baking time if 350F. It's more like 1 hr 15 min of baking time.
bholland 8y agoA good bread, but "bestever?" Needs more spice other than just cinnamon--maybe a pinch of clove or 1/2 t. nutmeg or maybe more cinnamon, or more nuts. Was a nice, sweet bread, but certainly not a best-ever. Sorry. :(
