This is a yummy soup that resembles the one served at the Olive Garden.

Ingredients

1 pound Ground Italian Sausage
1 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
1 large Diced White Onion
4 tablespoons Bacon; (Chopped)
2 teaspoons Garlic Puree
10 cups of Water
5 cubes Chicken Bouillon
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 pound Russet Potatoes; Chopped (3 Large)
1/4 bunch Kale

Servings  

Preparation

Saute Italian Sausage and crushed red pepper in a large pot. Drain excess fat and refrigerate separately. In the same pot saute bacon, onions, and Garlic approx. 15 minutes. Add water and Bouillon. Cook until the water comes to a boil.

Add Potatoes and cook until fork tender.

Add heavy Cream.

Stir in Sausage and Kale. Heat for an additional 5-7 minutes and serve.

I used 2 cans of campbells cream of chicken soup instead of bullion cubes, some chicken seasonning and a bit of lemon pepper by mistake but think it made it better. Sooo good.
