International House of Pancakes Pancakes Ingredients

Nonstick spray 1 ts Baking powder heaping
1 1/4 c All-purpose flour 1 ts Baking soda
1 Egg 1/4 c Cooking oil
1/4 c Granulated sugar

Instructions for International House of Pancakes Pancakes

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Use a pan with a nonstick surface or apply a little nonstick spray. In a blender or with a mixer, combine all of the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter by spoonfuls into the hot pan, forming 5-inch circles. When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes. They should be light brown. I made this recipe and it was as thick as cookie dough, there was no milk in it at all. My daughter reminded me that I have a secret recipe book so I looked it up in that. Sure enough, almost the same recipe but it had 1 1/4 Cups of butter milk in it. Some one goofed and left out an ingrediant maybe, I don't know. But it was a total failure the way it is. We started over with the other reciepe and would give it 5 stars.
