Killer Cranberry Sauce Ingredients

1 1/2 c Sugar 4 c Cranberries
1 Navel orange 1/2 c (2 oz.) toasted pecans
1/2 ts Grated ginger

Instructions for Killer Cranberry Sauce

Grate the orange peel and add to a pot with the sugar and ginger. Add the juice from the orange into the pot and simmer over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. I couldn't improve on the recipe. I used a clementine type orange. I will certainly make this each Christmas. Everyone liked it. Thank you for posting the recipe.
