Good, basic, savory dish. A bit salty for my taste but easy to make.

This was an excellent recipe. We had it served over pasta shells rather than rice, and even my son, who won't eat any kind of sauce or condiment, gobbled it up. I love that the sauce was not exceptionally wet or overwhelming. It all blended well and each ingredient added it's own element to the taste and texture of the dish.

This was a wonderful dinner but it is very fatty. So I added half and half with a little flour instead of heavy whipping cream and no salt because when you add bacon there is enough salt and half of the bacon it calls for also to add a great flavor and alittle spice I added lemon zest on the top with red pepper. It was fantastic. Tyr it, it is alittle better for you this way. One other thing I did was add whole wheat angel hair pasta instead of rice. HUMMMM Happy Cooking!!!

It was great - if a bit plain - I added italian seasonings and marinated the chicken in italian dressing first.

This made a great meal. I made a few changes. Since most prepackaged foods are high in salt I made my own rice. Cooked a cup of brown rice in a cup of home made turkey broth (no salt added) 3 cloves of crushed garlic and 2 tbs of unsalted butter. Doing it this way I didn't find the meal salty. I will make it again and may try broccoli instead of peas next time.

Left out the peas, but you really need some kind of green vegetable, since this is a pretty heavy sauce. Taste was great, though, and couldn't have been too hard, since I'm a terrible cook.

Since I live in French Polynesia I had to use white rice and swiss cheese. This recipe was delicious even with my changes. Just Yummy!!

This was good. I would add mushrooms to it next time. Also, I won't be making it w/ the rice. It would be much better with pasta. I'll probably use penne or linguini. Also, I'm going to cut the amount of bacon in half since that amount of bacon made for a very salty dish.

This was wonderful! It was salty. Next time, I will cut down on the amount of bacon I use. Also, I added mushrooms which were fantastic!

Tastes great and my husband loved it. It kept getting thicker as I tried to stall until family got home for dinner. I need to figure out where to stop and 'hold' before finishing up.

Everyone, kids included loved this recipe. There was a lot of rice and a lot of peas. I would probably cut down on both.

So quick and easy to make, tastes terrific and looks good enough for company. I would cut back alittle on the cheese next time though.
