Lemon Dream Pie Ingredients

1 Refrigerated pie crust dough	1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces Cool Whip	1/2 cup strawberries (optional)
1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions for Lemon Dream Pie

Bake pie crust according to directions and let cool completely. Mix Cool Whip, lemon juice and Eagle brand milk together. Fill cooled pie crust with mixture. Top with diced strawberries. Enjoy!

This recipe is so delicious and easy to make. I didnt time myself on how long it took to make it, but it couldnt have been any more than 10 minutes top. The strawberries make a great topping. Also, I had some filling left over and gave it to the kids with some fruit ( i.e. strawberries, blueberries) and they loved it. Makes a great snack!
