easy to make dont forget to marinate chicken for at least 3-50mins in the fridge using the sauce and apple marinate quickly as corn flour doesnt play nice as it cools down

Imis Chicken Teriyaki Sauce Ingredients

2 grams Corn starch as required2 teaspoons cider vinegar as required
1 teaspoon Water as required1 pinch Ginger ground to taste
3 teaspoons sugar as required1 pinch Black pepper to taste
5 teaspoons Soy sauce as required1 whole Garlic minced
1 teaspoon soya sauce as required

Instructions for Imis Chicken Teriyaki Sauce

1) Mix cornflour with cold water and keep to one side

2) Heat soya sauce, cider vinegar, garlic, pepper, ginger, sugar, simmer

3) Add cornflour and allow mixture to simmer and thicken

4) Use on chicken or fish, baste and then bake. Keep reapplying whilst baking
