Tom Collins Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin	Club soda -- To fill
1 ts Powdered sugar	1 Orange slice
1 tb Lemon juice -- Juice of 1/2	1 Maraschino cherry
Lemon

Instructions for Tom Collins

In a mixing glass, add lemon juice, powdered sugar, and gin. Cover and shake. Pour into collins glass filled with ice cubes, fill with club soda, and stir.
