Brown Rice and Cranberry Pilaf Ingredients

1 c Chicken broth 1 1/2 c Minute Instant Brown Rice
1/2 c Orange juice 1/2 c Fresh cranberries
2 tb Sugar; (optional) 2 tb Sliced almonds; toasted

Instructions for Brown Rice and Cranberry Pilaf

Bring broth, orange juice and sugar to boil. Stir in rice and cranberries. Return to boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds.
