Cajun Dressing for Turkey - Slc Ingredients

1 lb Hot bulk pork sausage 1 1.15 ounce envelope instant
1 sm Onion; chopped 1 c Uncooked long-grain rice
1 sm Green pepper; chopped 3 c ;water
1 1/2 Stalks celery; chopped

Instructions for Cajun Dressing for Turkey - Slc

Brown sausage in a Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Add remaining ingredients, and stir well. Place mixture in a lightly greased 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish.
