Spinach mushroom quiche
Preheat oven to 350
Mix gags, heavy cream, stir in salt, pepper, nutmeg, and Swiss cheese. Set aside
Sauté spinach, onion and mushrooms in melted butter for 10 minutes
Stir into eggs and cream mixture pour into unbaked pie shell
Sprinkle. Parsley and Parmesan cheese over top
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and puffy
Serves 6-8 depending on size
If using frozen spinach in the little boxes, cut a slit in the box and nuke it, and squeeze out all the water before sauteing
