"I am giving this recipe four stars because the fritters were super delicious warmed up the next day. We will try these another time, perhaps augmenting the shallot and thyme. I think that next time I'll prepare these a day ahead for a planned quick meal. When eating them for the first time, I was unimpressed:the taste seemed bland and the rice became uncomfortably crunchy to the teeth. Husband thought they were very good. But both of us agreed that they were MUCH better the next day. We both enjoyed the lemon dill sauce."
"Really Good. Definitely time consuming but worth it. Had to make our own picking spices (just googled a recipe), and put in about 1 1/2 tbs of Dill weed since I didn't have fresh. Also didn't have time to fry the tomatoes after they soaked in the liquid so drained them, and left them in a plastic baggy in the refrigerator until dinner the next night and they were fine. Put about 4 fried green tomatoes on each sandwich and cut up 1 plum tomato and split that amongst the two sandwiches. Put the sauce on both the top and the bottom (used siracha as hot sauce) of sandwich and used a little arugula too."
"Yummy! Such a nice taste, plus quick and easy to create--don't let it get too crispy on the bottom!"
"A little bland, However overall a great idea for tilapia and a great lite meal. Thank's for the recipe."
"Very good. In regular rotation for weeknight dinners. I usually use double or more of five spice for more flavor."
"This dessert is awesome! Cooked it exactly as written and it was perfect!!!"
