"I gave this 5 stars because I believe with my changes it truly was 5 stars. No sure how many stars it'd be without my tweaks. I added some chopped & sauteed green peppers and onion (I put onions in everything!) to the pasta sauce, as well as some chopped olives and added garlic. I also sprinkled the final layer of mozzarella with some fresh parmesan. Lastly, I omitted the water completely (not needed) and also covered the dish while baking (I don't care for over-baked cheese on top). "
