"These are simple to make, and very tasty! I added a little extra shredded cheese on top of the muffins. Apparently we have different sized cans in the US. I used two 5-oz cans of tuna and one 15-oz can of corn. (The can sizes listed above should say grams - it didn't transfer from the original website). Let them cool the full 5 minutes to get them out of the pans more easily. "
"Very good. Little time consuming and used a lot of pots but fun and different for a burger. Aioli: Didn't have cherries, but made the rest as is. Would add about 1/2 cup of mayo next time (it was a little too runny). Pickled onions: very tasty but 1 small onion was enough and probably could get away with only 1 cup malt vinegar (maybe even less). Didn't make corn relish. Spice Rub: didn't have mustard seeds but made the rest as is. For both the aioli and spice rub I used the dried red peppers Erik gave us. I would use 2 for the aioli next time and 1 full one for the spice rub (maybe more). "
