"Too spicy for me! Unless you like really spicy food then I would reccomend using way less hot sauce or just use buffalo wing sauce. Other than it being too hot, it's a fantastic recipe. Everyone who likes really spicy food loved it. Thanks for the recipe. I'll just tweak it next time. By the way the finished product is beautiful when it comes out of the oven!"
"A great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes and very versatile recipe! I made a half-recipe (~1-1/2 c mashed potatoes) and added a small handful of shredded cheddar and ~1/4 tsp of garlic powder (roasted garlic would be even better). This made 6 kitchen tablespoon-sized puffs. Baked them along with another dish at an average temp of 360*F for 30 minutes—they were a little brown on the bottom. I think I will try other cooks’ suggestion to bake them at a higher temp for a shorter time."
