"So easy and so good. Here are my extra Notes. Baste meat with olive oil prior to cooking. For seasoning crust; add extra tsp salt and pepper as well as a tsp of rosemary and thyme. Only 30 minutes on second cook...can cook slice in Au Jus to increase temp of meat if needed"

"All of the ingredients work well together, but the sauce is holding the recipe back some. 2 tablespoons of dried basil...what do you suppose this dish tastes like? Also the instructions go on talking about fresh basil, which makes things confusing. Take the meat, veggies, noodles and nuts and use a different sauce."
