Re: Momentum Program ?????http://www.bigoven.com/groups.aspxThe green diamonds mark "filling foods".  They don't affect the point total at all but you are encouraged to eat as many of them as possible.

Momentum Program ?http://www.bigoven.com/groups.aspxHi to all I am new to this forum so if I am doing something wrong please let me know.

I am looking for the first book of the new momentum program "Start Eating Smarter".  The way that i am understanding is that you still have your daily point value and 35 point weekly allowance, but i am not understanding what the green diamonds do?   Do they add point to your daily point value or do they nothing.  So if any one can PLEASE help I really need it.  Thank You all very much
