Hello, Ladies! Have any of you tried to make whole wheat or brown rice fresh pasta? I'd like to try this, however can't find a recipe anywhere. Just don't know if I can follow a "regular" pasta recipe and substitute ww or br flour in the recipe, or if changing flours requires other adjustments. Any ideas?
I should have said, "Hello, Everyone!" I certainly would not turn down a recipe from any of the gentlemen out there!
I personally haven't had a problem substituting flours. However, I only use whole wheat pastry flour in place of whole wheat, because it will otherwise become crumbly. I haven't tried brown rice flour, but have had a lot of success with spelt as well.
