Hi to all I am new to this forum so if I am doing something wrong please let me know.
I am looking for the first book of the new momentum program "Start Eating Smarter". The way that i am understanding is that you still have your daily point value and 35 point weekly allowance, but i am not understanding what the green diamonds do? Do they add point to your daily point value or do they nothing. So if any one can PLEASE help I really need it. Thank You all very much

The green diamonds mark "filling foods". They don't affect the point total at all but you are encouraged to eat as many of them as possible.
Thank you. So I am counting all my points that I am allowed for the day with everything that i eat and I get 35 extra points a week just as if I was on the Flex Plan but eat more of the green diamond item
green diamond just shows the foods that are going to keep you satisfy longer.
