Well this is nifty! I am getting into MAH ( Make -A- Head ) cooking not ready for OAMC . My husband and I got a HUGE stand alone freezer this summer and I want to fill it :D So if anyone had tips , that would be great!
Hey Dana!! Hopefully, we'll get some great ideas here. If you haven't tried that twice baked potato casserole, it makes a really large amount. I used one and froze the other pan, but in the future, I think I'll break it down into even smaller portions, since I live alone. :) Anne
Actually we are having that on Thanksgiving! lol I'm prepping it tonight and freezing it. Tell me do you know what the added cook time is on the casserole if its frozen?
I don't know, because I allowed mine to thaw in the fridge before reheating it. It's really good though. :) Anne
Well I made it tonight . ooooooo it looks sinfully good! ;)
It's VERY good. Enjoy it. Like I said, next time I'll break it up into individual serving sizes before freezing. Then I can just pop one in the nuke to reheat it when I want it. Happy Turkey Day Dana!!
