Subject: Baking Day

I take spells that all I want to do is bake.  On these occasions, I fill my freezer with homemade rolls, french bread, hamburger and hotdog buns, cinnamon rolls, cookies and cakes.  I usually make the cakes and leave the frosting off to add when we are ready to eat them.  Being just my hubby and I, I layer the rolls, buns, and cookies in long plastic containers with wax paper between the layers making it easy to get out just what we will eat at a given time.  Hope this is helpful.

That is a wonderful idea!  I bake our bread already and freeze it, but it really never crossed my mind to make other baked goods in advance.  Thank you for the tip!
