Welcome! My favorite asian cuisine is probably Thai, with Japanese a very close second. One of the most reliable dishes we make here at home (I have 3 young kids) is chicken teriyaki. Very simple, but very reliable. You'll find it online here.
My fave Asian cuisine is a tie between Thai and Chinese.
Fave Thai dish is Pad Thai (done extra spicy with sambol olek).
Fave Chinese dish is Mongolian Beef.
I enjoy making both at home
I love all Asian food, except sushi/sashimi. I try it every once in a while with my boyfriend, but so far nothing has stuck!
