I found some dried tangerine peel POWDER at a new Asian market in town. Does anyone have any clue how much dried tangerine peel powder is equivalent to say a 1" piece of dried tangerine peel?
This is a WILD guess, but I'd say about 1/8 tsp.
If I were you, I would put a small amount in a 1/4 glass of water, and taste it , and see how strong it seems to taste. Then measure accordingly in the future.
