Subject: Wheat free bread

Hi,

Does anyone have an recipes for breadmakers.  I am interested in any wheat free breads.  Please can you let me know what settings you have cooked it on.   I've tried just using a different flour but it comes out very dense and crumbly.

Try This!!

milk loaf

7/8 likewarm full cream or semiskim milk,  1/3 cup lukewarm water,  3 1/2 white bread flour,  1 1/2 tsp salt,  2 tsp. sugar,  2 tbsp. butter, softened,  1 tsp active dry yeast

pour the milk and water into the bread pan.  Sprinkle the flour over the liquid to cover.  place the salt, sugar and butter in 3 corners of the pan. Indent the flour without exposing the liquid and add the yeast.  Set the bread maker to the basic setting, medium crust, and press start.  When the cycle has finished, turn out the bread to cool.-

Enjoy it!!!!
