I seem to be on an Italian cooking craze lately. Decided to make home-made ravioli and fill it with a chicken/parmesan cheese mixture I made up on the fly. It was delicious!
I have become an Italian food addict. Married into an Italian family and have immersed myself in anything related to Italian cuisine and culture.
