Loved the dough, hated the icing. The dough was moist and chewy and I didn't have to make any changes to the dough recipe but used a cream cheese icing instead.

Wow! I'm so pleasantly surprised how tasty this recipe is. I'm a carnivore for life but really enjoyed the flavor in this strictly vegetarian dish. I also modified the recipe by adding 1/2 cup more Quinoa and used only 1 can of beans. I also used "Better Than Bouillon" vegetable base. Thanks for the recipe. Great job!!

Great recipe! Pancakes were fluffy and had a slight crunch to the outside....yum. But I had to use HALF sugar and HALF of vanilla than the recipe called for. They came out Divine!
