I live in the back woods of Oregon and spend a good part of my day working outside in the yard or garden. Since I can't stand going to town any more, ( I guess that's what happens when you get used to a slower pace in life ) so I have learned to do things on my own. I love entertaining for our friends and family too.

I am a fan of casseroles, italian and mexican foods. I love making foods for get togethers. My favorite memories of cooking are when I was little and we would have family get togethers. My grandma, mom and myself would spend all day in the kitchen, but we really had so much fun.

Homemade Wheat Thin CrackersNot bad I did not have Paprika so I use my own ingredients to make a flavor with dill, onion powder and oregano. I cooked them for about 8 minutes.

Chocolate FrostingThis is a wonderful recipe, it doesn't matter if you have a mixer or even the full amount of all ingredients. I was short on powder sugar and it still came out perfect. Love, love, love it.

Hi! Nice hearing from you. No, I don't hunt gators, the permit is kinda expensive, and I don't own a boat. But I know people that do... Yeah, they are crazy, lol! I hunt Deer, Wild Hogs, and Turkey. I will be going to the hunting camp on October 3rd, and will be staying 14 days to do some serious hunting. Wish me luck...
