Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

I love good Alfredo Sauce, and this is definitely GOOD! It's very easy, and I reheated the leftover sauce for lunch a day or two later and it was just as good as the first time.

Potato Chip Cookies #1

Potato Chip Cookies #1

These had a good flavor, but were very crumbly. Also, they were a bit too buttery/greasy. I may try them again using 1/2 less chips and 1/2 more flour (my neighbor's recipe) and may even try adding an egg or egg white.

Melting Moments

Melting Moments

Very tasty and light, but crumbly! Decorate for any holiday by tinting the icing different colors. I think these are really good, but my kids didn't care for them that much... oh well! More for me!

Cream Cheese Brownies

Cream Cheese Brownies

These were good, and I may make them again, but they were not as chocolately as I would have liked despite the fact that I melted Mercken's Dark Chocolate. Also, they were a bit too sweet.

Garlic - Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Garlic - Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Great flavor, although my kids thought the Parmesan was a bit strong... I'll go easier on that next time. Also, I'd recommend thin chops as my crust got pretty dark by the time the chops were fully cooked (and they were never frozen).

Pumpkin Loaf/Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Icing

Pumpkin Loaf/Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Icing

Easy, moist, and very tasty! I will definitely make this again! I baked mine in mini loaf pans and reduced the bake time to about 45 minutes.

Garlic Potato Wedges

Garlic Potato Wedges

I opted for the herb version, adding some fresh Rosemary. I also added a pinch of salt to the mix. Adding this to my favorites for sure!

Chewy Chocolate Cookies

Chewy Chocolate Cookies

The flavor of these cookies was good, but I think there are some serious errors in the quantities. First clue that there was a problem was the cocoa which is expressed as 2/4 cups - not in the simplest form. When I made these following the recipe exactly, the cookies ended up flatter than pancakes and crumbled. As I baked each sheet I added flour, until I had the equivalent of adding 1 cup of flour to the entire recipe. My photo of the cookies was taken after adding that much flour. I think this recipe has potential, but not as it is.

Chewy Coconut Macaroons

Chewy Coconut Macaroons

These were the kind of macaroons I was looking for! I did make mine smaller, the 1/4 cup size was way too big, and there was no way I'd ever get 18 from the recipe at that size.

The Best Big & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever!

The Best Big & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever!

I used a combination of chocolate chips and chunks since I had both in the pantry. These are big, chewy, delicious cookies! The recipe is nearly the same as another I posted, although this dough is slightly more easy to mix... either one is fantastic!

Coconut Macaroons

Coconut Macaroons

These were very light and flaky. I was looking for a chewy macaroon - these weren't it. If you like light as air and sweet, you'd like these.

Black Bean and Corn Salad with Lime Dressing

Black Bean and Corn Salad with Lime Dressing

This is very similar to recipe #158447. I liked the addition of avocado, but it lacks the tang and zip of recipe #158447. Also, the 1/2 cup of olive oil makes it much higher in fat than the other black bean salad.

Snickerdoodles A La Mom

Snickerdoodles A La Mom

I made these for my kids tonight and they loved them! So did I- even the dough! Maybe that explains why I didn't get quite 48 cookies from the recipe!

Grilled Sun-Dried Tomato And Basil Stuffed Chicken -Bernard

Grilled Sun-Dried Tomato And Basil Stuffed Chicken -Bernard

I would increase the marinade time and/or add more garlic and olive oil to the marinade. I only marinaded the breasts for 20-30 minutes after stuffing. I may try marinading first and stuffing after too. Otherwise a great recipe!

I also used butter. I will definitely be making these again! Nice and soft on the inside!

Tasty! The kids even ate it, although they said it was a little too spicy.
