I'm a southern brunette with a love for trying to cook new things. I am an 8th grade resource math teacher and in grad school. I love working out and trying to stay healthy, which is hard with all these amazing looking recipes.
PASTA! enough said. I love it and I cook it often.

Basic PancakesI teach an elective for students in special education that have mild disabilities and we made these pancakes. The kids loved them and thought they were easy. They were perfectly fluffy too.

Baked Garlic Parmesan ChickenI've made this for my husband at least once a week this month. He loves it and I love it, which is amazing, because I am a picky eater when it comes to chicken. Recipe is simple and quick to make. I usually make it with some type of pasta.
