What's for dinner?

I prefer quality over quantity. So I only post the recipes I have perfected to my own tastes. You can say my cooking style is Mediterranean/American, all thou I love to cook and eat Mexican Foods and Some Asian inspired dishes as well.

I love to cook for Family and freinds and my self ofcourse, It is very fulfiling to make great food for the people you love to enjoy. I Started cooking early in my 20's mostly due to the fact that I love good food but can't afford to eat out at the good resturants all the time. So I started to teach my self how to cook and found out I can cook better than most of my favorite resturants, or at least as good.

I Find I really enjoy the Sweat and savory combinations. I Like to try a lot of diffrent methods when I first start making a dish, Then through refinment I find the the best methods and technics to use to achive the best tasting dish that I can. I am very picky when it comes to food and I am very good at knowing what I think something should taste like. All of the recipes I post are the ones that I have perfected (in my opinion) and then tested out on my family, If they say they love it I post it on my profile.

Recipes I've Posted (all 14)

Also Oven Roasted Greek chicken with garlic and herb roasted potatoes (My moms old recipe), BBQ Ribs, BBQ Chicken , Brisket, Gourmet Pub Burgers, Artichoke and ricota stuffed shells with marinera and Itlalian sasauge, and so many more...

Fillet Mignon with Garlic butter (with sauteed mushrooms and onions)

If your steaks are under 1 1/2 inchs and/or you like your steaks rare to medium you might want to skip the oven and just finish them on the stove top.

For some reason it turned any quotation marks or other non alphabetic text into question marks, please ignore these typo's as it happened after I submitted the recipe to the site.

Bacon Ranch Steakhouse Potato Salad

Bacon Ranch Steakhouse Potato Salad

Some people like it heavy on the ranch, I prefer a mild ranchyness my self, start at half the package and go from there. Over doing the ranch can make the salad less tasty.

Sweet and tender BBQ Baby Back Ribs (Easy clean up)

Sweet and tender BBQ Baby Back Ribs (Easy clean up)

A proper seal of foil tent is crucial for tender ribs. If you want to dial down the sweetness do not add brown sugar to sauce. For a spicy kick I recommend adding some smoked chipotle Tabasco sauce to the BBQ sauce.

Fillet Mignon with Garlic butter (with sauteed mushrooms and onions)

After a year of experimenting how to make the perfect steak I came up with this method. I tried T-Bones and all sorts of other kinds of steaks. I tried lots of diffrent cooking methods as well but found sear-roast method to produce the most tender and juicy steak. [I posted this recipe.]
