Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi MahiWe were very impressed ! What a great combination of flavors ( careful with the habaneros . Coconut gave a wonderful subtle flavor. I made 1/2 recipe for sauce. Used chunks of pineapple from the sauce to spoon over fish So delish. This was a tryout for our grandsons birthday dinner. Thanks
