Garlic - Parmesan Crusted Pork ChopsI mix together the bread crumbs, parmesan, sage & thyme to make this recipe quicker & theres less mess to clean up too. The pork stays so juicey! Its now a favourite in our house.

Grandma's Sloppy JoesI used passata tomatoes instead of tomato soup and added onion, mushrooms, red bell peppers & served it in home-made cheese & onion buns. Delicious & very filling!

Garlic - Parmesan Crusted Pork ChopsI made this the lazy way & mixed the parmesan, garlic, herbs & breadcrumbs in 1 bowl. I still double coated the pork & it was really tasty! Will definately make this again & might try the coating on chicken.
